Friday Challenge:

What has your vacation been like?  Think about how you can share your vacation with us in just a few words.  I have some different poetry frames for you to work with.  Bring in your poems to school on Monday and you may share them during Morning Meeting.

Take the link to an MCAS like practice.  There are several reading passages with multiple choice questions that follow.  Remember to HIDE the answer choices before you choose your answer.  The test will give you your score at the end.

For today, I am going to ask you to have some fun with a story!  I have this neat-oh website that you can use to create a story.  I would like to read your stories after you have completed them.  Download and save your story.  You can attach them to an email to me.  Happy Writing!

    1.  A grizzly bear can run as fast as 30 mph. An 
    antelope can run twice as fast as a grizzly bear. How 
    fast can an antelope run?
